Alternative Visions of Peace
Please be sure to visit the Studio@620 to see Transformation: Alternative Visions of Peace Art Exhibit and Sale. Ms. Debbie Garrett, our Cultural Arts instructor for Quilts!, saw this has a great opportunity to get our girls involved in creating quilted seat cushions for some of the painted chairs on exhibit. Works will be on display January 25 -February 6th, 2009. Mini experimental Alternatives to Violence Project workshops exploring transformative conflict resolution will be offered at The Studio during the first week in February.
